Position Responsibilities:
•Work collaboratively with local and global marketing organization to ensure that the Ergotron brand message is communicated consistently across multiple media platforms.
•Responsible for the creation, planning and managing of integrated marketing campaigns, including the development and management of budgets and agency partners.
•Plan and execute unique strategies using online channels including paid social SEM, SEO, content marketing and organic social media initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic.
•Responsible for coordinating Social Media Marketing with major regional platforms.
•Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, campaign reporting and ROI with partners (i.e. Amazon, JD.Com etc) and on our website
•Lead digital advertising strategy and execution for website and eTail partners across Asia Pacifc.
•Identify and communicate local trends and opportunities.
•Additional duties as requested.
Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):
•3-5 years of experience driving customer centric marketing plans in a B2B or B2C environment.
•Experienced in digital marketing and content development.
•Thorough understanding of digital platforms, channels, user experience and content strategy.
•Excellent communication & presentation skills. English and Chinese language proficiency.
•In depth understanding of SEO and Adword programs
•Experience with Amazon, JD.com and Tmall ecosystems preferred.
•Highly organized with the ability to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
