JOB DESCRIPTION
The Engineering Manager position is critical to the success of our customers and our company. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Asia Engineering Manager will oversee local Design for Manufacturing (DFM), New Product Introduction (NPI) , Change Management and numerous other tasks.
In this role, the successful candidate will:
Create a culture of excellence while developing people and processes that drive continuous improvements
Lead the China team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Firmware teams to deliver the “boutique” manufacturing and NPI experience that we promise to our global customer base
Optimize current process and system bottlenecks to achieve company growth and customer satisfaction goals
