MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
1. Define specifications to the toolmakers.
负责详细制定模具规格要求，交与模具厂。
2. Follow up the toolmakers.
负责跟进模具厂的模具制造。
3. Modify mold and advise the modification of plastic parts.
负责模具的修改变更，为产品设计提出修改意见。
4. Run mold testing.
负责新模试模。
5. Provide production specifications for mass production.
为批量生产提供制作详细的成型工艺参数。
6. Cooperate with project team.
配合项目组共同工作
7. According to products developing and clients’ requirements, do new mold design and work out the detailed mold spec requirements.
根据产品开发和客户要求，负责新模具的开发和设计，详细制定模具的规格要求。
8. In charge of mold modification and revise and analyze mold techniques in order to improve technical flow.
负责模具的修改和完善，对模具工艺分析改进，以不断完善工艺流程。
9. Validate the tooling and injection operation with PM, IIE, QE and production.
使用PM，IIE，QE和生产验证模具和注塑操作。
10. Give all information to maintenance department (drawing PDF/maintenance plan/ validation tooling, etc.)
将所有信息提供给维护部门（绘图PDF /维修计划/验证工具等）。
11. Direct the mold making process and track the schedule; solve technical problems during mold processing.
指导模具的制作并追踪进度，解决加工中的技术问题。
12. Supporting of technical craft document making and auditing; also in charge of production techniques, production follow up, mold trial coordination works.
支持技术工艺编制与审核，负责制造工艺、生产跟进、试模协调工作。
13. Work with innovation team to give ideas to improve and innovate our process.
协助项目组的新项目，对产品设计提出建设性意见。
14. Familiar with mold design, can simply design & draw mold parts.
熟悉模具设计，能简单的设计模具零件图纸。
15. Other work arranged by superior.
上级安排的其他工作。
REQUIREMENTS
1. College degree or above.
大专或以上学历。
2. Cosmetics industry is necessary
要求化妆品行业经历
3. Know plastic product design; be familiar with plastic mold designing, analyzing and manufacturing .Very good knowledge in injection process and equipment.
了解塑胶产品的设计，熟悉塑胶模具及其工艺;熟悉注塑流程及注塑设备
4. Skillful auto CAD, UG or Solid works.
熟练使用auto CAD,UG或Solid works软件.
5. With good organizing ability and be good communication skills.
具有良好的组织协调能力，善于沟通。
6. Good English skill will be preferred.
有英语能力优先.
7. Soft skill, will be more focus on problem analysis and solving skill, logic thinking, and quick respond.
