KEY RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:
1. Interface to customer service, warehouse and forwarders with logistics related to fulfill & satisfy customers requirement, complaints and data/info inquiry etc.
2. Shipping arrangement with warehouse & forwarder for booking, transportation and shipping documents preparation, ensure on time delivery.
3. 3rd Party Warehouse KPI control.
4. Logistics / Shipping Management.
5. Freight cost control, check & verify billing from the agents.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS任职要求:
1. More than 5 years working experience for oversea customer service, shipping and SCM related.
2. Fluent English in oral, reading, writing.
3. Be familiar with Microsoft office tool, excellent of Excel, SAP experience is preferred.
