KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/岗位职责:
1. Support RDC controller to evaluate and monitor the performance of the regional distribution center.
2. Coordinate annual budget and business forecast process for APAC counties.
3. Assist to identify any risks or opportunities to ensure the commitment of Operating Plan.
4. Develop and prepare financial analysis and report to facilitate APAC financial and business review with APAC management.
5. On regular basis, take operational analysis for the key business initiatives in order to support the strategic improvement for the business growth.
6. On quarterly basis, support finance controller to complete Balance Sheet review for plants in APAC.
7. Prepare and consolidate the financial/operational analysis / reporting from APAC entities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/任职要求:
1. At least 8 year experience in Finance / Controlling, more than 4 year experience on FP&A.
2. Good command of PRC GAAP and IFRS, Strong controlling and analysis capabilities on business performance.
3. Skillful in computerized accounting system (e.g. SAP) and nice Excel skill.
4. Fluent English.
