General Requirement
- College degree or above in computer science.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- At least 2 years working experience.
- Strong communication and good team player.
- Work with minimal supervision, willing to share responsibility.
- Willing to learn and strong sense of service to internal customers.
- Have analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow the global desktop support standard operation procedures; Provide timely and quality technical support to end users.
- Provide faster support via phone, email and other communication channel to end users.
- Daily support and troubleshoot work for the end users.
- Gather feedback/suggestion from end users, to drive continued service improving.
- Daily maintenance the computer, printer, wireless, telephone systems and other IT device.
- Ensuring the backup job running well every day.
- Follow-up the IT projects from global IT team.
