Job Description:
1. Ensure the tax compliance of the Company.
2. Identify weakness on tax compliance of the company and advise improvement.
3. Handle tax-related issues with external parties including external auditor, tax bureau and other officials.
4. Answer tax enquiries from the management and staff. Update them with the latest tax regulations and potential impacts on the Company, and take necessary actions.
5. Organize tax training/workshop for staff.
6. Lead/Participate in tax negotiations involving the business / project/ operations.
7. Prepare Tax Budget, monitor and explain variances on monthly basis
8. Ensure all tax incentives and benefits eligible for the Company/Business are obtained and enjoyed by the Company
9. Drive onshore ETR and implement tax initiatives
10. Staff/team member training
11. Ensure proper and best practice in terms of tax planning for the company
12. Attending to ad hoc tax issues from time to time.
Requirement:
1. Above bachelor degree majors in Tax, legal and Accounting preferably holding CPA or Certified Tax Agent.
2. More than 5 years of technical experiences and exposure in direct and indirect taxes, TP, tax audits
3. Tax risk management skills
4. Relationship management skills with stakeholders (including tax bureaus, etc.)
5. Be a team player.
6. Good command of English & Chinese.
7. Good command of ordinary computer software.
