RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive for learning culture which is aligned with business strategy, develop and implement training plan, programs and other platforms to improve employee’s knowledge, skill and competency;
• Take leading role on developing and managing signature courses in site, and rolling out global training program;
• Optimize and maximize the effectiveness of the training budget to meet business needs;
• To develop follow up action and tools to extend the effectiveness of training;
• Continuously update the training materials to ensure their application;
• Develop internal trainer to maximum use internal resources:
• Maintain training records and skill/ competencies of all employees;
• Manage the effectiveness of the training guideline and procedure while developing the training policy in line with the business needs;
• Build the network functions-wide to collect the immediate training needs;
• Work closely with HR BP to understand business challenge timely and provide ad hoc support if needed;
• Keep close contact with the member companies of the training network to lead company training practice stand on the front line of the same Industry;
• Manage the use of external consultants contracted to provide development services;
• Be responsible for other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.
QUALIFICATION
• More than 6 years’ experience in employee training & development;
Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English;
• Manufacturing industry; Organization Development experience is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
• Can work under pressure, passionate with can do attitude;
Be able to drive and execute with systematic mindset;
• Be able to lead project independently with strong ownership and commitment;
