1. 根据培训年度计划及技能矩阵,组织实施完成课程培训;
Organize and conduct relevant training courses base on annual training plan.
2. 跟进培训后的培训评估效果;
Following the training evaluation after training.
3. 协助安排各部门开展部门培训项目;
Coordinate every department to conduct department training.
4. 跟进外训员工培训协议签订与离职时培训费用结算;
To sign the training agreement with the employee who attend external training and confirm the pay back training fee with the resigned employee.
5. 建立完善的内外部培训讲师体系;
Build up trainer system of internal & external.
6. 根据公司要求完成相关的培训报告;
To make relevant training report according to actual requirement;
7. 根据需要维护和设计相关教材及E-Learning 系统;
To maintain and design the training materials & E-Learning system according to actual requirement;
8. 根据公司人才发展需求,定期开发并讲授相关的课程;
Develop the course and take the role of trainer base on talent requirement.
9. 协助完成客户审核的培训类项目,并根据客户要求纠正和完善以确保所有要求符合客户审核标准;
Handle audit project and improve to meet customer requirement;
10. 安排月度内部培训审核并持续改善;
Arrange the monthly internal training audit and continue improvement;
11. 完成上级安排的其它工作。
Complete other work assigned by direct supervisor.
经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源和行政管理等相关专业;
Bachelor or above, major in human resources and administration.
2. 三年以上相关工作经验;
Three years relative working experience.
3. 能够阅读和书写英文邮件;
Can read and write English email.
4. 熟练操作办公软件;
Be familiar with office software.
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和承压能力;
