职责描述：
? Lead one project team during new product development, commit with customer requirement.
? Manage team members in overseas with business travel to overseas.
? Manage team’s daily work include product design, engineering document build and approval.
? Manage project and update status to top management.
? Regular communication and correspondences with customer, achieve project progress.
? Coach team member and problem solving in electronic appliance knowledge
任职要求：
? Bachelor and College education.
? More than 10 years’ experience in vacuum cleaner / floor care product experience.
? More than 6 years’ experience in Cordless product development experience.
? Familiar with rechargeable product design and relative experiences.
? Understand standard and qualification of Battery and power pack
? Skilled in electronic appliance standard and test.
? Project management skills.
? Better communication and interpersonal skills.
