Job Description:
1.Act as technical expert in automation team, provide technical solution for automation projects.
2.Presents automation design requirement and standard.
3.Establishes lessons learned about automation troubles shooting, and work with internal team or supplier to improve and enhance the automation reliability.
4.Analyzes and reviews automation projects feasibility, reliability, conducts costing analysis.
5.Participates in new project 3P review to early involve project for products design with automation concept.
6.Provides continuous improvement project to improve or optimize mass launched products, reduces labor cost and improve productivity.
7.Charges installation, debugs, inspections, and evaluation to accept automation equipment.
8.Provides supporting, training for automation projects. Provides report about automation to management team.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor`s degree or above graduate in Mechanical and Electrical or Automation
Good communication skills;
