Job Description/工作职责 :
1. Liaise with service vendors, factories, external customers and internal customer to assure timely goods delivery.
2. Handle full set I/E documentation and Bank document presentation independently and in time.
3. Perform transactional posting in system in a timely manner.
4. Do document filing.
5. Handle ad-hoc tasks that his/her superior may assign.
6. Listen and obey to his/her superior on priorization of jobs and resources.
7. Arrange payment acquisition.
Required Qualifications/ 岗位需求：
1. College graduate or above. Major in logistics or related discipline preferable.
2. 1 – 2 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry preferable. However fresh graduates with potential would also be considered.
3. Knowledge in China import or export customs formality an asset.
4. Reasonably good command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) a must.
5. Self-motivated, independent, responsible, able to work under pressure, considerate.
