Main accountabilities:
1. Responsible for managing the entire operation of electronic related activities.
2. Responsible for managing electronic team‘s activities.
3.Responsible for plan/assignment/monitoring of projects progress related to electronics.
4.Coordinating with other functions involved in projects.
5.Technical window to customer.
6.Responsible for maintaining electronic development budget.
7.Ensure the related work compliance with the requirements of product safety, legality, product quality ,and management systems.
Requirements:
Education:
1.Bachelor degree in electronics related area.
2.Master degree in Electronic Engineering or Project management will be considered as a plus.
Experience:
1.Demonstrates experience(5-7+ years) of increasing responsibilities within a global multi-cultural, multi-location
2.Organization operating in the manufacturing goods preferably for the consumer mas market.
3.Experience in a Hi-end Electronic manufacturing or design industry.
4.Experience to manage a team from 5 to 10 engineer
Specific Knowledge:
1.Good command of English.
2.Excellent knowledge of hardware and firmware design of electronic board using MCU sensors.
3.Excellent knowledge of any circuit design software and techniques.
4.Good knowledge in the digital and analog electronics design is a Mandatory.
5.Knowledge in the plastic+ circuit assembly problematic is a plus.
