POSITION SUMMARY:

The SQM engineer will assist the SQM manager of DG to administer the company Supplier Quality Management function to continually improve the quality level of components, products and services to achieve total customer satisfaction.
供应商质量工程师协助东莞供应商质量经理对工厂的供应商进行管理，持续提升零部件、产品和服务的质量水平，全面满足客户的需要。
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
（主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
•To overall manage supplier/subcontractor quality according to company procedures including new supplier qualification, periodically supplier quality system/process audit, QIP (Quality Inspection Plan) for incoming quality audits, supplier performance review/ improvement, incoming material quality issue follow-up.
根据公司程序全面管理供应商的质量，包括新供应商承认、定期对供应商质量体系和制程进行稽核、进料检验计划的制定、供应商成绩回顾和改善以及进料异常的跟进处理等。
•To do supplier/subcontractor survey and rating.
对供应商稽核和评比
•To verify the incoming quality issue.
确认进料检验质量异常；
•To coordinate the MRB disposition with the relevant internal department/team.
与相关部门协调MRB处置
•To coordinate and work with relevant internal teams for subcontractor quality of outsourcing components and/or products
与内部相关部门协调处理外发零部件的质量相关问题；
•To issue the quality complaint to supplier/subcontractor for non-conformance found, lead, drive and follow up CA until closure.
对供应商发布质量投诉，主导和跟进改善行动直至异常问题彻底解决
•To perform regular supplier/subcontractor on-site process/system audits and review meetings
执行定期的供应商现场制程和体系稽核和回顾会议
•To drive supplier/subcontractor towards improving incoming quality.
推动供应商持续改善进料质量
•To be the quality communication/contact window for supplier/subcontractor
作为供应商的质量沟通和联络窗口
•To coordinate supplier/subcontractor management in Dongguan;
协调东莞工厂的供应商管理
•To collect quality data and prepare monthly report of supplier/subcontractor performance - scorecard and propose disposition for the supplier/subcontractor status.
收集供应商质量数据，汇总月度供应商质量成绩报告，例如计分卡，对应的处置措施等
•Follow the AFCI EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system.
跟进AFCI EHS（环境、健康和安全）政策和体系
•Comply with the EHS procedures, instructions and orders.
遵守EHS程序、指示和指令
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
Engineering background, with a bachelor degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
教育背景，机械制造相关专业大学学历
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1.5 years( above) related experiences in a manufacturing environment; preferably with working experience in connector industry
5年(或以上)制造行业相关工作经验，连接器行业经验更佳
2.experience in managing a supplier quality function with experience in TQM implementation
有供应商质量管理经验
3.Sound knowledge of stamping, molding and plating processes will be an added advantage
有丰富的冲压、注塑和电镀相关知识优先考虑
4.Sound knowledge of SPC application is essential and experience in conducting quality and environmental audits
能在质量和环境稽核中运用SPC知识
5.Be familiar with TS16949.
熟悉TS16949
6.Same/ similar industry work experience is preferred.
