DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Develop and Implement approved sourcing strategy, outlying sourcing plans as well as new supplier needs, in order to achieve company strategic objectives and at a similar level, ensure highest quality at lowest cost with best delivery terms
2. Manage, implement and drive the supplier management review system for each commodity as assigned
3. Manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and related distribution to relevant departments or otherwise as directed
4. Negotiate contract terms with relevant suppliers and monitor adherence to said terms
5. Commercial conflict mediation
6. Investigate and analyze the procurement market, design benchmarks, identify new technologies & new suppliers, qualify new suppliers in coordination with SQE and relevant departments
7. Act as Sourcing Lead for all new projects, coordinating with other Project and Supply Chain teams as necessary (e.g., Procurement team)
8. Other duties as deemed necessary by (Associate) Director of Supply Chain
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree. Working in chemicals, textiles, packaging, glue, oil and die-cutting is preferred.
2. 10+ yrs working experience in sourcing and/or procurement related position(s)
3. High Integrity/Team Spirit/Aggressive on Cost/Strong Passion and Detailed
4. Good English speaking and easy communication with internal/external team
