1. 负责普通员工职位的招聘工作
In charge of recruitment for the low level position.
2. 负责新员工入职手续和离职手续的办理
Implement the process when the new member join the company or when the leave the company.
3. 负责签署员工劳动合同和管理人事档案
Sign the labor contract with the employee and Responsible for develop, improve and manage HR file
4. 协助人事主管完成人事相关的报表
Assist the HR supervisor complete the HR report.
5. 管理新员工入职培训,并协助人事主管完成其他培训安排
Manage the new employee’s training and assist the HR supervisor complete the other training arrangement.
6. 负责管理员工考勤系统并完成人事考勤政策
Manage the employee’s attendance systerm and emplement the HR attendance policy
7. 负责组织及追踪新员工试用期评估考核
