Job Responsibilities:
a. Prepare and update job specification for each position based on provided job description
b. Execute the recruitment plan for both direct labor and office staff members
d. Proactively search for and approach candidates to refresh external talent pool for critical positions
e. Maintain recruiting system properly and make summary on recruitment performances
f. Prepare staffing report timely and accurately
g. ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or psychology or other related major
2. Over 1 years hiring experiences, good command of interview tools and skills
3. A team player with good communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning skills
4. Proactive, result driven and can work independently under pressure and uncertainty.
5. Proficient in Mandarin and English (writing and speaking)
6. Experiences with talent assessment tools and direct labor hiring are preferred.
