职位介绍
TE Connectivity is looking for a Payroll Analyst in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The Payroll Analyst will conduct analysis, interpret results and make recommendation that update and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits program with the objective of meeting TE's C&B Structure within Corporate guidelines and local regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ CRITICAL TASKS
Compensation & Benefit
(i)Calculate staff's salary and follow up the salary pay out, calculate the dismission salary
(ii)Calculate and declare the personal monthly income tax for all employees, and conduct employee annual income tax declaration
(iii) Calculate and buy social insurance & housing found
(iv)Handle all employee commercial insurance issue
(v) Participate in compensation survey, collect & analyze all necessary information to prepare reports and proposal to update salary structure and advise manager for making decisions to meet government requirement and TE corporate policy
(vi)Follow up performance review and implement salary review
(vii) Maintain HR systems
(viii)ESPP follow up
Planning and Budgeting
Prepare annual labor cost budget, make monthly forecast to meet TE C&B planning and budgeting requirement and support business development.
P-file Management
Staff P-file management
Project Management
Participate in and implement the C&B Projects to ensure compliance with TE C&B strategy, TE Corporate policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, majored in management, HR or other related discipline
Preferably 2+ years working experience in HR function including at least 1 year Compensation & Benefit experience in manufacturing industry
Proficiency in English, both oral and written
Familiar with HR systems
Familiar with laws and regulations in labor field
