1 Order Management/Delivery
(i) Pull delivery schedule from backlog and production planner and confirm CIQ then manage on time delivery with logistic;
(ii) Check and verify shipping instruction ensuring shipment accuracy in advance;
(iii) Plan daily export truck and coordinate with production planner and warehouse for smooth and efficient shipment arrangement;
(iv) Execute delivery processing in SAP; Process RMA creation and follow up under authorization;New order confirmation and do ACK in SAP with 48hrs;
(v) Timely process and maintain sales order in SAP accurate as demand driving MRP and update factory planned ship date timely in order to deliver customer order accurately and on time.
2 Delivery Performance
(i) Review the backlog and monitor the analysis of past due order.
(ii) Manage on time delivery to customer order or demand
(iii) Provide weekly delivery report for production planners review and analyze in order to improve delivery performance
3 Communication and Reports
(i) Strive to best satisfy customer request to work with production planner to improve CRD and FSD gap and delay to facilitate customer satisfaction in delivery lead time
(ii) Communicate backlog and exceptional order inquiry with headquarter product management team
(iii) Communicate and high light new order and new requirement to relative parties
(iv) File all related departments document in order to keep accuacy record
