Job requirements（岗位职责）:
1. 建立供应商资料、价格记录等。
Set up supplier and pricing information database
2. 根据公司需要,寻找新的供应商
Source new suppliers, based on company needs
3. 依据PMC提交的采购需求单进行出订单下订物料，确认交期，做好物料跟踪，确保物料准时到位，协助品质部验货入库。
To build a purchasing plan based on production schedule information provided by PMC, confirming delivery dates, track the delivery status and to assist Quality on incoming material inspection before receiving by Warehousing,
4. 进料的品质异常、数量异常、退货的处理
Handle quality and quantity issues on incoming materials and the return and replacement process.
5. 评估原供应商的稳定供货能力，积极开展供应市场的调研与信息收集，掌握广泛的供应信息与资源。
Evaluate the ability of suppliers for stable delivery, conduct market research and information collection on suppliers.
6. 配合工程部选购样板，进行询价，比价，综合评估后确定供应商。
Obtain and evaluate quotations and overall assessment based on the prototypes provided by Engineering,
7. 按照最优性价比的原则，提供备选供应商的质量、价格、服务的综合评价信息以确定供应商。
To confirm the most appropriate suppliers based on overall evaluation on costing, quality and service of suppliers.
8. 平时做到价格货比三家，择优而购，精打细算，节省开支。
Can shop around to compare the price , choose the products of high quality to purchase, being prudent, calculate carefully and save unnecessary expenses.
Experience required(经验要求):
1. Previous experience of at least two years as purchasing clerk.
至少两年以上采购或同类职位的经验
2. Familiar with the injection molding beer machine production process and plush toy production process experience.
熟悉注塑啤机生产工艺流程及毛绒玩具生产工艺流程的经验.
3. Fabric and plastic sourcing and purchasing experience is not a must but can be seen as advantage.
有布料及塑胶相关的采购经验会作为加分项.
