我司1990年成立于香港，成立时模房只有6名工人，为了按高扩大规模，本司于1995年初迁至东莞大朗，并于2005年3月1日迁至交通便利的东莞常平,至今已拥有员工800多人：工模部160人、注塑部155人、装配部286人、喷印部58人、工程部36人，品质部52人，行政部20人、写字楼35人等等。
本司于2006年顺利通过ISO9001质量体系认证.
我们提供各类模具的设计以及生产和制造。至今为止，我们主要生产的模具有：硬模、预硬模，用7075铝合金为模具材料的塑胶模、PC吹塑模及液态注射的矽胶模等。本公司主要用420钢材及H13钢材等钢材制作硬模；用420钢材、P20钢材及7075合金铝制作一般模具。本公司有制作超过250套的热流道模具，所以对热流道系统有很深的认识。
我们的客户主要遍及英国、美国、法国及东南亚地区，多为生产婴儿用品和化妆品。但亦有客户生产家庭用品、实用家电、游泳用品，玩具制品及一些复杂用品诸如OEM模具等。
Our Company was established in 1990 and moved to Dalang, Dongguan City in the early of 1995.for fruther development, we have moved to Changping, Dongguang since 2005, where the transportation is absolutely convenient. We have more than 17 years mold making experience.
Starting with 6 mold making staffs and there are 800 in our company now, including 160 staffs in the molding making department, 155 staffs in the injection-molding department, 286in the assembly department, 58 in spraying department,36 in the engineering department, 52 in the Quality control and 20 in charge of administration. Besides, there are still 35 in the writing building.
Our company has passed ISO 9001 in 2006.
The major of our company is making mold for all kinds of production, such as hard mold, pre-harden mold, aluminum alloy mold for plastic using 7075 aluminum alloy, PC blow molding mold, and silicon mold for liquid plastic injection. We mainly use 420 steel and H13 steel for hard mold; P20 steel and 7075 aluminum alloy for other molds. We also know well of hot runner system as we have made more than 250 sets hot runner molds.
Our customers mainly come from USA, UK, France and some other Eastern Asian Countries. Most of them are running infant product and cosmetics. We mainly make mold for these products. Besides, we also make mold for household product, practical home electric product, swimming product, and plastic products and OEM tooling for customers.
