POSITION SUMMARY:

Work as stamping process+quality engineer. Smooth stamping production including trouble shooting, focus team performance monitoring and improving, WI and IP initiating and training, project initiating and following up, product family DPPM analysis and action plan, technical support for supplier of out-sourcing stamping.
从事冲压工艺和质量工程师的工作。保证顺利的冲压生产，包括故障排除，集中团队绩效监测和改进，WI和IP发起和培训，项目启动和跟进，产品系列DPPM分析和行动计划，为外包冲压的供应商提供技术支持。
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

1.Terminal stamping cost analysis, update BOM.
端子冲压成本分析、更新BOM
2.New stamping process design and development.
新冲压工艺的设计和开发
3.Trial run and qualification for New Die and Die Modification.
对新模进行试模，检验质量以及旧模改模
4.Define set up and update technical parameters & work instruction for stamping process.
确定和更新冲压工艺的技术参数和工作指导书。
5.Define and initiate Inspection Plan for stamping, and train inspector.
确定并启动冲压的检验计划, 并培训检查员
6.Keep performance of existing stamping process in daily production ( Output / OEE / Scrap Rate / Resolve Quality Issues ) to meet delivery and quality requirement.
在日常生产中保持现有冲压工艺的性能 (产量/OEE/报废率/解决质量问题) 以满足交货和质量要求。
7.Continuous improvement for die and stamping process.
对模具和冲压过程的持续改进
8.Lead Cost reduction activities for stamping parts.
负责冲压件的成本降低任务
9.Play stamping manufacturing (process + quality) engineer role in Product Transfer team.
在产品转移团队中扮演冲压制造 (过程 + 质量) 工程师的角色。
10.Participate LPS activities, lead SMED and RedBin review, and drive TPM activity.
参与LPS,引导SMED和RedBin审查,并推动TPM活动。
11.Review employee suggestions.

12.Provide necessary technical support for out-sourcing dies.

EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
College degree or above with major in mechanical, tooling or relevant
大专以上学历，机械，工具或相关专业
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
More than 3 years in high precision stamping industry, connector field is preferred
3年以上精密冲压行业，连接器领域优先
Be familiar with ISO9000, TS16949

SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:
Familiar with stamping progression die design

Have solid experience of die maintenance and process improvement

Familiar CAD 2002 (or above) software
