• Perform analysis, feasibility study and design EDI solutions
• Interact with business users and customers to define user requirements and prepare technical
specifications
• Follow-up with the application development and liaise with developers
• Perform application support and maintenance
• Provide second-level helpdesk support for EDI and eCommerce application systems
• Comply with SDLC as well as Support and Maintenance methodologies
Requirements:
• IT Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in EDI (ANSI x.12, EDIFACT) with experience in
administration and development of GENTRAN server on UNIX.
• Working knowledge of Java, ASP, Visual Basic and PL/SQL
• Experience in Linux and/or Windows OS, Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle Database
• Knowledge of MFG/Pro, Progress, Business Object and Informatica will be advantageous
• Familiarity with SDLC, change management and promotion to test/production processes
• Business Process Overview knowledge
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
