Special Note:
This “FAE” will take care of the business and customers in 成都 & 重庆 areas. Since we don’t have branch office there, the guy will be either “Home Office” or borrow some office space from our distributor. This is not fixed yet.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED :
•Resolving conflicts and discrepancies between customer prints and FCI drawings.
•Make specific products recommendations and presentation to sales department or customer.
•Creates product design concepts in concert with home office for proposal purposes.
•Writes technical letters to customers, FCI representatives and FCI
manufacturing locations as situations warrant.
•Supplies technical information to the regional sales department for transmittal to FCI representative and/or FCI customers.
•Provides application engineering assistance to customers and the sales force.
•Provides major assistance with key accounts introducing new products. This includes achievements of specification and sales.
•Attends meetings of significant industry associations, providing FCI input toward the primary function.
•Works with key accounts in emphasis markets, by assignment.
•Provides on-the-job training for the sales force.
•Functions as liaison/team leader among Engineering, Sales during new product introduction.
•Provides market information in the form of trends, installation practices and competitive activity.
•Provides input and assistance in the development of Technical Sales Strategies for both new and old products.
•Provides assistance as a product “trouble shooter” when necessary.
•Assist management in seeking new products uses and applications, recommending addition of new product uses or modification to existing products.
•Other duties, as assigned by the company.
EDUCATION
•Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electronics). Equivalent experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
•Over two years electronics engineering experience with customer interface background
•Background of electronics components

•Good in speaking and written English
