EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• 3 to 5 years of QE experience in connector or relevant industry.
• Experience in dealing with multi-national company
• Customer and Process orientated mindset.
• Have the knowledge in quality tools/method like (QFD, FMEA, SPC, DOE, 7 QC tools and PPAP)
• Understanding of the ISO & TS standard and experience in auditing quality management system.
• Some basic knowledge in Lean production system and Six Sigma methodology.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and team orientated
• Computer skills (MS office)
• Good written and acceptable English and local language communication skills
• Strong analytical and failure analysis skill
• Trained as ISO auditor/assessor
