MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
1.To serve as the primary interface with and advocate for designated strategic customer(s) within Greater China.
2.To establish a short and long term Account Management Plan designed to develop a strategic partnership linked to business objectives for the designated customer(s).
3.To maximize FCI account penetration through the sale of existing product and new product design-in opportunities.
4.To establish a long-term customer relationship.
5.To transition from selling products to customized solutions.
6.To identify new business opportunities and obtain competitive information.
7.To implement joint partnership programs.
8.To build SPEED in product development and customization to meet demand
9.To provide an accurate metrics on the account (annual turnover, potential at the account in the future (new markets), prestige/influence, capacity to leverage into other accounts, profitability, supply chain)
MAIN FINANCIAL AND MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Satisfaction and loyalty measured by the customer QBR scorecard.
Customer deliverables and key metrics as defined jointly with customer.
Increased account penetration as measured by sales, absolute margin growth and account share.
Establishment and development of a long-term business relationship as measured by new projects and NBOs won.
Control of Obsolete and Excess Finished Goods Inventory directly related to the customer.
EDUCATION
Recognized Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or any business related discipline.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• At least 4 years or more experience in the electronic industry
• Minimum 2 years experienced in the connector market, preferred.

High proactivity
High level of communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills to integrate customer solution
