Job Responsibility
- Translate the brand strategy and portfolio into a tactic plan and KPI for tracking
- Business analysis to identify business opportunity by leveraging internal & external resources and propose action plans
- Apply understanding of consumers, competitors, external ecosystem to adapt the creative activation plans
- Develop and execute brand communication plan, including social, PR etc. to drive brand awareness and brand preference
- Monitor & control marketing budget of the programs
-Connect with commercial teams to synchronize resources for holistic growth planning
-Partners with cross functional teams to ensure marketing activities are executed according to strategy, periodically evaluate the implementation of these activities to steer results towards the annual targets
Required
•Minimum 10-year experience of developing and executing integrated brand strategies and plans, with proven track record of strong results
•Strong capability on brand communications, marketing campaigns.
•Rich experience in retail industry (ideally fitness and nutrition supplement category)
•Experience of working on International companies and brands
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively in a matrix environment cross countries and functions
•Ability to think strategically about the customer offer and competitiveness of the brand
•Strong ability to manage competing priorities with the team
•Able to act as Marketing expert and voice in senior leadership meetings
•Deep understanding of the social landscape as well as traditional media and how both work
•Deep understanding of the China market and Chinese consumers
•Ability to engage team inside and outside of company (agencies etc) with energy and inspiration
•Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
•Good command both in written & spoken English & Chinese.
•Clearly and effectively manage deliverables, monitor team progress, set and manage expectations with team and stakeholders in China and global.
•Create a results oriented and store back culture in marketing to operate at a high level of productivity, engagement and efficiency
•Build and drive strong marketing talent bench
