Responsibilities:
1.To executive HR recruitment plan that cope with business requirements
and development;
根据公司年度人才规划,统筹规划公司人力编制以及人才招聘,确保满足业务
需要;
2.Support establishing the organizational qualification system and talent
promotion system in terms of HR strategies;
根据公司人才发展战略,协助建立健全组织任职资格体系以及人才晋升晋级管
理体系;
3.Work closed with business department to establish the talent pool;
协助建立人才培养项目的策划及落地执行;
4.To executive performance management system;
协助建立、优化以及推行绩效管理体系;
5.Ensure HR management policies and employment contracts in
compliance with labor law and Be a problem solver to handle
employees’ event in HR and take corresponding action in a timely
manner profile;
熟悉《劳动法》以及《劳动合同法》等相关法律,熟练应用相关法律法规处理
劳动关系,确保合法合规;
6.Completed the other tasks arrangement by leaders;
上级交办的其他工作。
Qualifications:
1.Degree or above
本科及以上学历;
2.5 years above experienced in HR including talent pool, organizational
development,training and employees’ relationship in manufacturing
companies;
5年以上人才培养、组织发展、培训、员工关系等相关工作经验;
3.Excellent communication skills, execution ability and willing to learn;
Good at muti department coordinating and teamwork;
具备较强的人际沟通能力、计划能力、执行力、团队协作精神;良好的组织协
调能力、较强的学习力、自驱力;
4.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
