我们的客户是一家主要研发、生产及销售医疗连接器/线束的美资企业。
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: General Manager
Total Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Responsible for RFQ (request for quotation) as contact window of application engineer or sales, complete cost sheet by working with development engineering and sourcing staff and/or utilizing ERP, quoting database.
2. Able to ask technical/commercial questions by studying customer-provided data -blueprints, CAD, customer sample etc.
3. Conduct cost analysis to check materials, labor, scrap, overhead cost etc.
4. Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and other cross functional teams as required to ensure accurate cost and process information.
5. Work with the account managers, develop customer cost breakdown forms or proposal as required.
6. Conduct cost variance or gap analysis of new and production parts as required.
7. Handoff quoting data and new project request to project team as required.
8. Review historical data by tracking actual costs and compare against quoted costs. Identify gaps and develop plans to close the gaps with team.
9. Create and sustain effective quoting process to provide customer experience.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. College Degree, Majored in Mechanical or Engineering related.
2. Over 5 years of quotation experience or development engineering, project engineer and has lead team experience.
3. At least 5 years in connector and cable assembly industry, familiar with Metal, Plastic, Wire, Connectors assembly products.
4. Good English speaking is strong required.
5. Good Microsoft Office tool (Excel, OneNote) use.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy, and time sensitive.
7. Good knowledge on ISO9001 and ISO13485 is plus.
