2.Identify potential supplier and arrange qualification.
3.Responsible for NPD of RF cable and Jumper.
4.Expertise in RF cable and connectors,both in engineering and application.
5.Familiar with communication cable/connector categories and standards.
6.Knowledge in Antenna is a plus.
JR:
1. Academic background, Bachelor degree or above, major in electromagnetic field, microwave, communication engineering, electronic information engineering and other related majors, Have a solid foundation of antenna principles, signal transmission theory.
2. Work experience, more than 3 years work experience in communication industry would be a plus, antenna factory engineer work experience would be priority.
3. Professional skills , familiar with RF production design software, such as HFSS/CST/PROE. Proficient with NA( Network analyzer ), and familiar with spectrum analyzers/PIM tester/Chamber and so on.
4. Project management, Well hand with multi-project management. Have good sense on balance with performance, quality, time, cost. And good communicate ability with engineer/sales and QC engineer. have strong ability to push forward the project go ahead.
