职位介绍
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for EE policy formulation and release of ASIA-PACIFIC BU
2. Disseminate the definition and standards of engagement to employees
3. Adopt various forms and methods to publicize the concept of engagement management and improve employees' understanding of engagement
4. Identify the positive and negative factors affecting employee engagement and take corresponding measures to promote or eliminate them;
5. Conduct appropriate evaluation on employee engagement, and make proper use of the evaluation results
6. To set up a monthly or annual engagement benchmark to promote employee engagement;
7. Conduct annual employee satisfaction and engagement surveys to assess the impact of employee engagement on company performance
8. Cooperate with headquarter on engagement management
9. Other work related to employee engagement
Qualification:
1. academic credentials above undergraduate bachelor or above with majoring in human resource management or Instructional Technology or related field.
2. At least 5 year related HR working experience and has management capability and can solve problem.
3. English as a working language;
4. Energetic and positive attitude toward their jobs,
5. Organized, motivated, patient and resilient in engagement training employees who are learning the ins and outs of their new jobs.
6. Ability to create engagement training manuals, writing and editing skills.
