Key responsibilities：
1、Complete all tasks from the operation director
2、Present the projects and lean score card to the global lean manager in monthly bases
3、Ensure the ECIMOS to run well in the whole plant
4、Organize to implement KPI improvement in all APUs
5、Organize the HPEU improvement in all APUs
6、Develop lean culture in the whole plant
7、Provides lean coaching and training in the whole plant to develop the lean skills of people
8、Analysis the HPEU by APUs and monthly review with operation team and set up the improve plan
Qualification：
1、At least 5 years’experience in manufacturing area with very professional on process efficiency improvement.
2、Well understanding and implementing of Lean Principles and Tools，well implement in manufacturing.
3、Good project management experience and skills
4、Good ability of organizing the team to work
5、Strong oral and written communication skills
