To manage the tooling program, ensuring that existing tooling is maintained and run efficiently and the management of new tooling projects to ensure that future tooling needs are anticipated and are delivered on time.

? Tools must be efficiently maintained to ensure good quality components are delivered

? Tool Design and development模具设计以及研发
? New tooling can be made preferably in house or externally if special techniques / skill sets are required therefore management of tool design is necessary to determine the best source of tools and the most efficient and cost effective method of their manufacture.
Management of Tool Procurement模具采购管理
? Management of external tool making projects is an essential part of the role, this is to ensure that the company gets the tools it needs at the time it needs them and at the optimal cost. This will involve tool specification and closely monitoring of the design and
development progress, ensuring that tool trials are performed in accordance with the Company standard procedures and ensuring that all tooling is capable and fit for purpose.管理外部模具制造项目是本职位的基本职责，这是为了确保公司能在需要的时候得到所需的模具，并降低成本。需涉及到模具规格以及密切留意设计以及研发环节，确保模具试产与公司标准一致， 以此来确保模具能满足需求。
? Driving tool makers to complete tool development according to deadline is essential while providing the technical support to the tool maker to ensure they can meet the deadline.驱动模具制造者严格按照规定的时间来完成模具研发，同时给予相应的技术支持，确保模具在规定时间内完成。
3 任职资格/ Qualification
? Degree qualified in polymer science or related subject具备模具专业或或相关专业专科以上文凭
? Experience of tool design, development and maintenance management有丰富的模具设计、研发以及维护管理经验
? Willing to accept responsibilities with open and cooperative mindset and be a team player to facilitate achieving company’s business objectives富有团队合作精神，思维开放，有建设性
? Forward looking and proactive to foresee molding issue and identify / recommend solutions in time工作具有前瞻性，以及具备识别/解决问题的能力
