工作职责:
§  To improve AOI yield base on customer requirement without underkill or overkill.
§  Final product in tape packaging process control and improvement.
§  Conduct and coordinate new product introduction and new product transfer to production for PnP/AOI process.
§  To perform machine setup, yield and quality improvement.
§  FMEA, control plan and working instruction preparation.
§  Work closely with technician and operator for machine improvement.
§  PnP/AOI process sustaining and improvement.
§  Failure analysis and root cause investigation.
§  Support the contributions to internal/external analysis or qualification reports, conference proceedings, and presentations.
 
任职资格:
§  Min. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
§  Minimum of 3 years working experience in semi-conductor industry. OSAT experience will be an advantage.
§  Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills with quality oriented.
§  Experience in PnP/AOI process will be an advantage.
§  Excellent in communication and written in English.
§  Good knowledge and understanding in IC assembly and packaging.
§  Effective interpersonal and communication skills
§  Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and knowledge in APQP, DOE, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and Six Sigma will be an advantage.
§  Strong analytical skills.
§  Able to adapt to challenging situations
