任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or material background is preferred.
2. Fluent in English (Oral and written).
3. 5 years or above working experience in R&D, supplier quality, and/or supplier management areas.
4. Extensive knowledge of material and manufacturing process.
5. Ability to manage projects and build business cases. Capability of presenting the progress results.
6. Excellent communication skills, open minded and can work both autonomously and in a team, adopting a pragmatic, results oriented and collaborative style.
7. Demonstrated understanding of the importance of service, quality, cost as well as Social Responsibility matters.
