Required Experience:
1. 7 – 10 Years’ Experience in a Management role designing interconnects, Switch Design, or Fiber Optic Assemblies.
2. Must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills.
3. Experience leading and working with technical staff.
4. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills in relating to both internal and external customers.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
7. Experience in engineering design software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
8. Experience in simulation software (FEA, CFD/thermal modeling, etc) is preferred but not required.
9. Candidate MUST have proficiency in all of the following: GD&T, DFM, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
10. Willing to travel (including out of the US) for up to 4 weeks per year.
