MAJOR DUTIES: 工作描述
Responsible for identifying prospects, market penetration, market development and account management.

Responsible for the sales and marketing of automation systems and associated peripherals to customers world-wide.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责
• Identify prospects and sales potentials and generate sales leads in all the target markets across various industries and geographical locations.

• Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers to achieve a good understanding of their current and future business plans in general and their requirements for automation solutions specifically.

• Train and provide guidance to lower level Sales personnel, where applicable.

• Work with Engineering Department to assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and operational specifications for customers.

• Travel to customer's site to promote the solutions and capabilities that Korvis offers; work with customer to determine initial concepts and feasibility of potential automation of their manufacturing process and facilities.

• Plan and prepare sales presentations.

• Assist in the organization and preparation of industry trade shows.

• Participate in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery, including following through with CORs, changes in technical requirements, delivery, payments, where appropriate.

• Generate sales and marketing reports and forecasts to assist company management in business and resource planning.

• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with prevailing company guidelines.

• Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 任职资格
• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
有工程机械制造、商业管理和市场销售的相当的文凭或学历。
• A minimum of 5 years direct sales experience of industrial automation products or related products such as precision tooling, machine tools, special purpose machinery, industrial robots or industrial machine control systems.
至少5年在自动化产品或相关的精密工具、机械包括工业机器人或工业机械控制系统的销售经验。
• Good communication and presentation skills both orally and in writing.
在口头和书面上有较好的交流能力。
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at various levels of the organization both at the customers' side as well as internally.

• Ability to negotiate with customers to achieve win-win situations.
有能力与顾客谈判来完成双赢。
• Effective written and oral communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
