Main Duty:
1.Review, follow-up and/or set up development schedules of sourcing projects.
2.Key technical contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers for all products w/ focusing on small domestic appliances.
3.Main contact for development/project schedule follow up.
4.Verification and/or definition of testing requirements.
5.Support APO-Team and stakeholders fulfilling target of timing, costs
and quality according to requirements.
6.Verification of 3D and 2D construction/part drawings.
7.Follow up samples preparation and tool building.
8.Verification and evaluation of product design quality including feasibility check to guarantee stable manufacturing processes.
9.Participate key development production milestones and support during quality trouble shooting.
10.Create/Develop basic specifications for products w/o R&D support from Business Units.
Requirement:
1.University of industrial engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering is necessary;
2.At least 5 year working experiences in consumer goods industry.
3.Experience in leading product development projects and working in international environment.
4.Familiar in new project development processes.
5.Familiar at safety standard on household electrical appliances, such as EN60335; GB4706,
6.Good at computer skill, such as Microsoft office, Microsoft projects, Autocad, Unigraphic;
7.Team player, very good in international communication and coordination.
