Job description:
'- Provide Monthly leveled capacity plan to the PMC team within DGDK
- Communicate with overseas office via Demand team for forecast and PO confirmation
- Prioritize and adjust production to align with market needs
- Feedback loop on cross-departments in overseas, local offices and PMC
- Participate monthly Industrial S & OP reviews with Operations and Group Supply Chain
- Analyze metrics, KPI’s and sales records regularly for at-risk and ad-hoc products to ensure we achieve the correct stock mix within all markets
- Evaluate bottlenecks and opportunities to improve supply availability
- Handle Phase in Phase out and ensure reduction of obsolete materials by working closely with internal stake holders within DGDK
- Communicate with markets if any order / shipment changes
- Work directly with Customers for direct shipments made and ensure all instructions are followed strictly
- Maintaining Control reports as requested by Planning Managers
- Confirm all Commercial Forecast requests, based on stock availability in the present and projected in the future. Changes to forecast should be managed in a timely manner and in line with the CFEX project time lines.
- Manage all workflows for Corrections, Extras and Recoveries
- Manage all workflows for stock owner changes
'Requirement:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in procurement or planning
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Able to work under pressure of tight schedule and independently
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Team player and willing to learn
- Advanced user on Excel
Advantageous:
- SAP APO experience
- Understanding of planning activities from Finished goods to Materials within manufacturing sites.
