Job Description:
1. Familiar with foreign trade documentary process, and have certain knowledge of raw materials;
2. Responsible for daily communication with customers, timely processing of customer information and requirements, and preparing relevant materials and quotations;
3. Sort out customer information and requirements, remarks in Chinese and English, and clearly convey to the factory;
4. Follow up and collect all the problems in the process of sample making, timely feedback to customers, and confirm with customers as soon as possible;
5. Supervise the process of all orders and contracts, timely communicate with customers about all problems in production and delivery, and have the ability to deal with unexpected events;
6. Assist the quality department to follow up and supervise the production quality, timely and properly deal with all abnormal quality problems, and communicate with customers in time;
7. Coordinate storage and transportation, account payment request, etc.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, good English speaking and writing skills, able to communicate with foreign customers without barriers;
2. Cheerful personality, positive and optimistic, quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and social skills, with affinity;
3. More than 5 years of foreign trade merchandising, customer development related work experience is preferred;
4. Have certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
5. Have a high sense of responsibility, can withstand greater work pressure;
6. Team spirit, able to manage and lead a team, good at challenges;
