Key Responsibilities:
1. As customer contact window of Nokia or Samsung or Power Solution BU, to liaise with customers on new product specification and quality standard, quality plan and guideline.
2. Leading early product quality involvement and identifying risk evaluation of new product development phase to reduce the quality and reliability risk in mass production, customer side and field. i.e. CCR, KPI, DFMEA, GR&R, PFMEA, Control Plan.
3. To initiate standards/methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as electronics or mechanical and develop instructions and forms for recording, evaluating, reporting quality and reliability data.
4. Leading Nokia or Samsung or Power Solution BU quality team to liaise with internal /external customers on critical product quality issues. To organize regular quality review meeting on KPIs (i.e. RTY, DPPM, LRR, CoQ, etc.) to facilitate continuous quality improvement.
5. Submit 8D reports to customer quality complaints, verifying and following the actions'implementing and effectiveness.
6. Responsible for customer satisfaction development& organizing regular meeting to provide sufficiently detailed information to initiate productions quality improvement; Holding the regular conference call with customers of Power Solution BU.
7. Leading or accompanying quality-related internal & external audit and verifying the effectiveness of CAR against those negative findings during the audit or survey.
8. To assist CIP steering group to identify the opportunities on quality/RTY improvement and cost reduction on Power Solution products and Leading those high impact projects with cross-functional departments to maximize product reliability and minimize cost.
9. To plan and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability; Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities and problem solving toolkits.
10. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin;
2. Over 3 years quality management control experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry; Good industrial knowledge.
3. Be familiar with OEM/ODM/EMS operations in multinational companies as well as the product portfolio and production process control of Power Solution, Adapters etc.
4. Basic knowledge in electronics, circuit diagram, Cable Assembly, PCBA, Injection Molding, SMT, Wave Soldering, USW etc.
5. Expertise in internal& external audits and system maintenance of ISO9001 or TS16969 etc.
6. Be familiar with DMAIC systematic approach and utilization of problem solving toolkits, e.g. Process Map, PFMEA, CEM, MSA, CPK, Hypothesis Testing, DOE, SPC, Control Plan etc.
7. Good command of Windows XP,MS(outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint), MINITAB etc.
