MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
1. Identifying and qualifying the new supplier as well as the supplier development
2. Supplier performance management
3. Follow up material delivery schedule and ensure the material arrival on time as per request
4. Lead time and MOQ reduction
5. Driving and assisting supplier quality engineer to overall improve the supplier quality
6. Responsible and follow up the individual KPIs that I assigned by department
7. Coordinate with QA and SQE settle quality complaint, reducing no of complaints and DPPM
8. Responsible for purchasing price erosion and cost avoidance of those in charged commodities
9. Follow the FCI EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system.
10. Ensure the supplier to meet FCI EICC requirements
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
1. University graduate. Major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
2. At least three to five years relevant experience in related field.
