Key areas of accountability:
• Lead team to design semi-automated line with supplier to improve operation efficiency and reduce the cost.
• Analyse the process detail for automation with cost saving concept
• Define clear project plan, then define Spec, SR, CR, DR, FAT, SAT, ER for whole production process creation procedure.
• Manage risks and opportunities for automation project that appropriate actions are planned and executed for risk mitigation and opportunity achievement.
• Communicate with global engineering team for automation equipment, make sure on the same page
• Lead team closely to implement the new line to SOP smoothly according to the procedure
• Cooperate Gen3.0 project globally from process engineering
Qualification:
• Automation team leader or automation project manager experience at least 5 years
• Majored in automation or relevant, bachelor degree or above
• Min 5 years equipment automation design experience
• Familiar with automation equipment mechanical design, control circuit design, and related software programming, be able to complete equipment program independently, good experience in using Siemens PLC.
• Good Knowledge massive production equipment reliability
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the team and cross-functional teams
• Fluent oral English
• Good observation skill and logic thinking, proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication, self-motivated, high ownership, passionate, open mind and positive work attitude.
