Job Responsibilities:
1、负责Cable技术推广、设计和工艺优化和改进、成本核算，协调相关部门推动执行。
Responsible for Cable technology promotion, design and process optimization and improvement, cost accounting, coordinate with related departments to perform it.
2、负责Cable产品研发、样品生产与交付、产品的改善及量产；
Responsible for Cable product development, sample production and delivery, product improvement and mass production.
3、负责设计开发更改的控制及风险评估；
Responsible for design and development changes control and risk assessment.
4、产品质量不良原因分析，提出问题解决方案。
Analysis the root cause of quality and production issue, submit the problem solution.
Key Requirements:
1、 大专学历及以上学历，电线电缆专业优先
College Degree or above, majored in wire and cable is preferred.
2、 10年以上工作cable技术相关工作经验，有带团队经验
Over 10 years of cable technic experience, and has lead team experience.
3、 熟悉cable新产品开发、工艺改善等
Familiar with cable product development, process improvement etc.
4、 良好的英语沟通能力（听说读写）
Good command on English ability（Listening, speaking, reading and writing）
