3. Assists with the electrical engineering tasks in specific projects at DG and support corresponding German colleagues on electrical related topics.
4. Qualify suppliers of PCBA, cable harness and electrical components.
5. Assists with the development of electrical requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Technical university or bachelor degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics or similar.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide the measurement resource planning (internal, external cost and timeline, labor hours) and service to project team. Work on measurement method & system according to the design intention, build up and qualify the measurement fixture for mold maker T0/ FAI process and gauges for MSQC/IQC/Suppliers at SOP stage.
2. Build up and maintain the visual criteria for in-house made metal sheet part from new project to series production in plant wide.
3. Other tasks assigned to Metal Shop quality at project stage like package verification, experiment according to the demand requested.
4. Support the subcontractor / direct suppliers for quality control system and improvement activities on sheet metal parts.
5. Manage metal sheet quality first article inspection and in-process control procedure as the IMS required. Make sure the quality activities for inspection and control are implemented sufficiently and effectively though whole sheet metal parts production processes.
6. Create and maintain up-to-date status for Syteline QC item Creation, Inspection Plan, QC inspection status etc.
7. Ensure the consistency between the system location and physical location of sheet metal parts under control conditions.
8. Work with production department for CPII Q2, CPIX, customer complaint, drive the action plan to prevent issues on why happened and why escape, maintain the Status Systematics Report related to In-house Sheet metal quality but not limited.
9. Maintain SPC system and push team for continuous improvement.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor/director.
Qualifications:
1. College and above degree, major in mechanical technology or related area.
2. At least three Years experience. Familiar with Sheet metal parts production process and molds.
3. Understand the quality control process and problem-solving knowledge is a must to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, preventive actions by using data (Statistics) driven skills.
4. Know ISO 9001 QMS and GMP requirements, master quality tools including MSA, SPC, CPK, PPAP, GRR, QCC, Six Sigma, 8D etc.
5. Command quality management theories and has good quality concept, get the basic knowledge for operation and requirements from KPI, 6S, EPR etc.
6. Knowledge / experience of project management and continuous improvement projects.
7. ISO 9001 internal auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt (or above) are plus.
