安斯曼电子（惠州）有限公司是德国ANSMANN公司在中国新成立的一家生产型企业，位于广东省惠州市汝湖镇仍图大连明华工业区。1991年，Edgar Ansmann先生在德国成立了ANSMANN公司，现今，已发展成为了在全球电源领域里面的创新者。公司主要产品有：充电器、开关电源、一次性电池、可充电电池、电源适配器、手电筒、婴儿监视器、电动自行车等。ANSMANN总部位于德国的 Assamstadt, 另外在英国、美国、意大利、法国、瑞典、波罗的海、挪威、香港、中国等国家和地区都设有子公司，在世界各地大约有50个销售网点。
Ansmann Electronics Huizhou Co., Ltd. is a 100% daughter of Ansmann Energy International (HK) Ltd. which is owned by Ansmann AG.
Established in 2007 in Huizhou with the focus on domestic supplier development, quality control and logistic center.
