工作职责
1. Proactively request PSR forms from relevant factories out of China, verify that all order details provided in the PSR align with the WIP data from BG MR team, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of factory PSR records to avoid missing orders.
主动向相关国外工厂收集生产进度报告，核实 生产进度报告中提供的所有订单详情是否与 本部门采购团队的在数据一致，并确保工厂的 生产进度报告记录准确无误且完整，以避免遗漏订单
2. Review the progress and schedules listed in the factory PSR to confirm they are reasonable and follow up to ensure all production processes and QC inspections are completed on schedule according to shipment schedule.
查看工厂生产进度报告中列出的进度和时间表，以确认其合理性，并进行跟进以确保所有生产流程和质量检查都能按照发货时间表按时完成。
3. Organize and hold for PSR meetings, inviting relevant factory, production team and BG MR team & QA team to participate for going through production status, then work out the solution if any outstanding issue.
组织并召开生产支持代表（会议，邀请相关工厂、生产团队、本部门采购团队以及质量保证团队参加，以了解生产情况，如有任何未解决的问题，推动制定解决方案。
4. After each PSR meeting and coordinate with all parties to track and resolve outstanding issues and make meeting recap accordinglyl.
每次项目启动会议后，与各方进行协调，跟踪并解决相关的问题，并准备一份会议纪。
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
根据管理层的安排履行其他职责。‘
职位要求
1. Diploma or Above in related field
相关专业大专以上学历
2. At least 5 years’ experience in Sweater and expert on the production process.
5年以上的毛织产品工作经验，熟悉毛织品的生产流程。
3. Good command of oral and written English，literate in Microsoft office programs；
良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练操作办公软件；
4. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
良好的沟通能力，顾客导向，自我激励，团队合作精神，善于解决问题，能适应在压力环境下工作。
