Job Description:
1. Revise and improve the incoming inspection procedures according to the internal and external environment and development needs of the company. Ensure that the incoming inspection procedures are consistent, effective and appropriate.
2. Manage IQC objectives in accordance to the organization quality objectives, ensure that the objectives are achieved through effective work, supporting the achievement of the organization objectives.
3. Allocate inspection tasks. Review and arrange the inspection according to the urgency of incoming materials.
4. Ensure leaders and inspectors’ inspection activities are timely, accurate and effective in accordance with the procedures and working instructions.
5. Review incoming inspection failure reports, assist in analyzing the root cause, monitor the processing process of nonconforming materials, ensure that nonconforming materials are handled in a timely and correct manner, monitor the improvement effectiveness.
6. Handle abnormal parts found on the production line or in the market, deal with feedback quickly, and cooperate to evaluate the quality of warehouse and incoming materials.
7. Regular quality evaluation of supplier incoming materials, including statistics of pass rate, return rate, concession and rework, improvement effectiveness, etc.
8. The superior assigns other tasks.
岗位职责说明：
1. 根据公司内外部环境及发展需求对来料检验程序进行修订和完善。确保来料检验工作程序是持续的，有效的和适宜的的。
2. 根据组织质量目标，管理IQC部门工作目标，确保通过有效的工作达成IQC部门目标，从而对公司及部门目标的达成形成支持。
3. 分配检验任务。根据来料紧急程度安排检验顺序。
4. 确保组长及检验员依照检查程序及作业指导书，确保来料检验活动及时,准确,有效。
5. 审核来料检验不合格报告，协助分析根本原因，监控不合格物料的处理过程，确保不合格物料得到及时和正确的处理，跟踪及监控改善效果。
6. 产线及或市场发现零件异常处理，迅速处理不良投诉，配合评估仓存及来料质量。
7. 定期进行供应商来料质量评核，包括统计合格率，退货率，特采及返工情况，改善效果等。
8. 上级主管安排其他工作任务。
Other Requirement:
1. 28~40years old, college degree or above
2. Good English writing and speaking. Familiar with office software.
3. Experience in quality management in home appliances and electronics industry is preferred. Familiar with safety regulations for households and similar appliances. Familiar with inspection approaches for metal, plastic, electronic appliances, packaging materials, etc.
4. Honest, responsible and can work under pressure. Organizing and coordinating skills and strong problem-solving ability
要求：
1. 性别不限，28-40岁，大专及以上学历；
2. 英语听说读写良好，熟练使用office软件；
3. 有家电、电子行业质量管理工作经验优先。熟悉家用及类似用途电器的安全规范，熟悉五金,塑胶,电子,电器,包材等材料检验方法；
