职位介绍

工作职责：
1. Deal with quality problems in production and process, make analysis and improvement.
2. Continuously improve product yield.
3. Establish quality related document standards and maintain quality system.
4. Follow up customer complaints handling in internal process and make improvement.
5. implementation of customer requirements in the internal process.
6. Responsible for the quality control and improvement of the production process.
7. QC personnel training and guidance.
岗位要求：
1. College degree or above, regardless of gender.
2. More than 5 years in connector industry. Working experience in a well-known company at home and abroad is preferred.
3. Proficient in various quality tools, such as PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC, etc. Have a good understanding of ISO9001/TS16949 quality system.
