工作内容：
1. DFM with DE.
2. PFMEA, Process CP make.
3. Flow chart and tooling scope evaluate.
4. Tooling building.
5. WI(SOP) making and operator training.
6. Routing set up in Macola system.
7. FAI of component.
8. Samples building assist.
9. Production Yield improving.
10. Production scrap reducing.
11. Production line efficiency improving and cost down.
12. Automation evaluating and building.
13. Automation qualification.
14. Production line problems analyze.
15. Production line problems solving.
16. Quality complains issue assist.
17. Provide the support for production.
18. 4M change qualification, PCN/ECN release.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above majored in automation engineering or related field required
2. 5-8 years ME work experiences in Connector or Cable industry at least.
3. Know the connector process, and the related process for stamping, plating, and molding. Basic knowledge in machining for connector and cable assembly.
4. Use Solid work or AutoCAD software to design fixture/tooling.
5. Good English communication with written and oral.
6. Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work.
7. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate skill.
8. Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint presentations.
9. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
10. Effective problem- solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks.
